Sir,
With due respect we like to draw your kind attention that our annual examination is over and now we are free. So we want to go on a study tour at Cox’s Bazar. You know that study tour is not only interesting but also educative. It is a part and parcel of our studies. It will widen our knowledge. Through this study tour we will be able to see what we have read in the books. Not only this, it will help us to remove the monotony of year-long classes and refreshes our mind. But before all, we need your permission and assistance.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on a study tour/excursion and sanction the necessary amount and oblige thereby.
