Dear Chairman,
We would like to draw your kind attention that we are the inhabitants of Darbeshpur Union, Ramgonj. You know that there are two roads in our village. We use these roads as a way of communication with the town by bus and other non-engine vehicles. But recently the roads have been damaged seriously. It is not at all suitable to run any cars and vehicles on the roads. By this time two dangerous accidents took place you know. So we feel badly in need of repairmen of the roads. Therefore, we request you to take proper steps to repair the roads as early as possible.
